Surface Mount Technology (SMT)

- Quality Check: Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) is standard on all SMT lines to detect placement errors instantly.
Through-Hole Technology (THT)

- Ideal for: Connectors, heavy capacitors, and power electronics that endure vibration or mechanical stress.
The hybrid advantage: Hand-soldering
Automation is efficient, but some designs require a human touch. We offer skilled hand-soldering for complex, non-standard components that machines cannot handle. This “hybrid” approach allows us to not be limited by automated production processes and produce complex industrial boards.
Ruggedization
Protection for harsh environments
Industrial electronics often face brutal conditions, such as moisture, vibration, dust, and extreme temperatures. A standard PCB may fail under these conditions.
We specialize in ruggedizing electronics to ensure longevity in the field:
- Potting: Encapsulating the entire assembly in a solid or gelatinous compound. This hardens the device against environmental dangers, such as shocks and moisture.
- Conformal coating: Applying a thin protective chemical layer to shield circuits from dust and humidity without adding significant weight.
- Overmolding: Creating a unified, water-tight seal around cables and connectors.
Rigorous testing: Preventing “Dead-on-Arrival”
The most expensive defect is the one that reaches your customer. In cooperation/collaboration with you implement a needed testing strategy to trap errors at our production sites.

Automated Optical Inspection (AOI): Visual scanning during assembly to catch missing or skewed parts, ensuring visual compliance with international IPC-A-610 standards.

In-Circuit Testing (ICT):Probing the physical board to verify that every resistor, capacitor, and trace has the correct electrical values.
